Profile updater
Have you moved recently or changed your email address? Update your information with Profile Updater in Teller Net!
It’s critical that we have your most current mailing address, email address and telephone number(s) so that we can contact you quickly in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or to provide you with other important information about your account.
It’s easy to update your information with Profile Updater in Teller Net, our online banking system. Simply log in to your account and hover over “I Want To…” in the navigation and then select “Update My Profile,” where you can select what you would like to update.
Updates you can make include:
- Email Addresses
- Cell Phone, Home Phone and Work Phone Numbers
- Physical and Mailing Addresses
With profile updater, you can:
- Make real-time changes on your own instead of having to call Member Services or go to a branch
- Update primary and/or joint accounts in same location
- See your account numbers
- See PFCU’s routing number
