Personal Identification Number

Here are a few tips to keep your PIN safe:

  • Never write your password/PIN where someone might be able to find it.
  • Do not send your password or any other personal identifying information (e.g. Social Security number, account number, etc.) via e-mail.
  • Avoid easy-to-guess passwords/PINs, such as birthdays, anniversaries, phone numbers, names, etc. Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols for passwords.
  • Keep your password/PIN private.
