Community Roundup: Torresdale Branch Grand Opening Carnival + Spring Realtor Luncheon with Special Guest Mark Cumberland

Apr 27, 2017

At Philadelphia Federal Credit Union (PFCU), our neighborhoods are near and dear to our heart. Here’s a roundup of our latest community activities:

On Saturday, April 8 PFCU celebrated the grand opening of its new branch in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a carnival that featured classic food, fun and games. State Representative Ed Neilson and City Councilman Brian O’Neill helped PFCU board members cut the ribbon to officially welcome the branch to the neighborhood. PFCU donated five dollars to the Pennsylvania SPCA for each account opened on the day of the grand opening. Thank you to the over 200 community members in attendance. We’re happy to be a part of the Torresdale community!

The topic of discussion was “The Current Real Estate Climate in the Delaware Valley”. After Mark’s presentation the floor opened for questions and commentary from the 32 realtors in attendance. At the end of the event PFCU gave away a $100 Visa gift card for the winner to put toward their next broker luncheon or open house catering.
