Secure Support FAQs

Here's how to submit a secure ticket to us.

Our support team is ready to help.

1. Log in to Online Banking and click on the Support link in the upper right hand corner, which will bring up our Support Overlay Screen. Click on the Secure Messaging link.

2. That will bring up a screen where you can search our Knowledge Base (FAQs) for quick answers or submit your own ticket. To submit your own ticket, click on the New Message Link.

3. Fill out the Subject and Description fields and click on the Submit button. You also have an option to attach a file to the ticket, if needed. Screenshots of the error messages you are receiving are helpful.

4. To check the status of a ticket you have submitted, click on the Check Message Status to bring up all tickets you have submitted.

5. Click on each ticket to bring up more details of that ticket.
