Between work time, shopping time and family time, you can simply run out of time. The last thing you need is to stand in line just to deposit your paycheck. With our Direct Deposit services, your employer fast-tracks the payments into your account, making your schedule a bit more manageable.

Two Ways to Get Started

Contact your employer's Payroll or Human Resources Department. Tell them you want Direct Deposit and provide them with your PFCU account number and Routing Number (236084298).
- Use our ClickSWITCH services to start your direct deposit and switch your automatic payments from another account.

Moving your accounts from another financial institution to Philadelphia Federal Credit Union? The quickest, most secure way to re-route your Direct Deposit services and automatic payments is through ClickSWITCH. You can make the necessary changes online without the hassle of filling out multiple forms or making countless phone calls. It's fully automated, convenient and takes just 10 minutes.
- Change financial institutions without the hassle
- Transfer direct deposits to your PFCU account
- Notify auto-debit payees of the new account information and update their billing information
- View and track your switches with the Switch Summary and Switch Status tools
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Go to the "eServices" tab and click "ClickSWITCH."
- Verify your information and click "Save."
- Read and accept the Terms of Use Agreement.
- Follow the instructions to create and submit your switches.
- Contact a PFCU Member Service Representative at 215-934-3500 or 800-832-PFCU (outside the metropolitan area), stop by any of our PFCU branches, or fill out the form below to receive a ClickSWITCH welcome email.
- When you receive your ClickSWITCH Welcome email, click the “Start New Switch” button and to access your ClickSWITCH Portal.
- Type in the last four digits of your PFCU account number that’s associated with your ClickSWITCH enrollment and click the “Verify Now” button.
- Create your personal password, read and accept the Terms of Use and the E-Sign Agreement, then click the “Continue” button.
- Click on the desired tab, follow the instructions to create and submit your switches and ClickSWITCH will take care of the rest!
- Log in to the Mobile App.
- Go to “More” and click “ClickSWITCH” under eServices.
- Read and accept the Terms of Use Agreement.
- Follow the instructions to create and submit your switches.
- In the event you don’t have an email, you will need to use a SwitchTRACK code to access your ClickSWITCH Portal.
- Stop by a PFCU branch to receive your SwitchTRACK code or contact a PFCU Member Service Representative at 215-934-3500 or 800-832-PFCU to get your SwitchTRACK code mailed to you.
- Once you have your SwitchTRACK code, go to the ClickSWITCH Portal, type in your SwitchTRACK code and click the “Activate Now” button.
- Create your personal password, read and accept the Terms of Use and the E-Sign Agreement, then click the “Continue” button.
- Follow the instructions to create and submit your switches.
