Just text 454545 with one of these commands, and you'll get immediate results related to your Philadelphia Federal Credit Union accounts. Keep in mind, we never text confidential information such as user IDs, passwords or complete account numbers.

  • BAL — Current and available balances for your designated primary account 
  • LAST — The last five transactions in your primary account
  • BAL ALL — Current balances for all your PFCU accounts 
  • TRANS — Transfer funds to your primary account
  • STOP — Cancel the Text Message Banking service

How to Set Up Text Message Banking

Step 1 - Log in and Activate

  • Access Online Banking and go to eServices > Mobile Banking and then under Text Message Banking click on the Sign Up link. Enter your cell phone number and click Activate.

Step 2 - Sign Up

  • Click Sign Up under Text Message Banking. 
  • Review, add or update your email and phone number if necessary.

Step 3 - Add Alerts

  • You can now text 454545 with a command and we'll send the response immediately.
