You can shop online with confidence with Visa Secure. Whether you are using a desktop, mobile or other digital device to make a purchase, Visa has a service through participating merchant sites that provides an additional layer of protection when shopping online. This service helps protects you from fraud.
Know exactly when and where your PFCU cards are used by setting up customized alerts. This is a free, helpful tool for spotting unauthorized transactions and reducing fraud. Set up alerts for international transactions, ATM withdrawals or spending limits and receive an email or text message* whenever the activity occurs.
All your PFCU cards feature built-in chip technology that provides additional layers of fraud protection when you use your cards at chip-activated payment terminals. During checkout, the embedded chip generates a one-time-use code to process the transaction. That code is virtually impossible to counterfeit.
The protection is automatic and you use your cards the same way you always do. And in addition to the chip technology, you're also protected against unauthorized use with Visa's Zero Usability Liability Policy.**
