Our Board of Directors is responsible for the general direction and control of Philadelphia Federal Credit Union.

As a member, you have a vote when it comes to placing new members on our Board of Directors. Elections are held every year during our annual meeting. Additionally, the National Credit Union Administration provides a full explanation of its rule governing boards of directors at federal credit unions and their responsibilities.
