First Front Door Program

Funds for first-time homebuyers

Grants of up to $15,000 or $20,000

Guidance from PFCU mortgage professionals

Assistance programs unlock doors for first-time homebuyers.

Grants can help cover down payments and closing costs.

There are very few things in life more exciting than getting a home of your own. But saving enough cash to cover all the upfront costs can be a heavy lift. At Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, we try to lighten the financial burden by linking eligible buyers with two popular programs that provide grants of up to $15,000 or $20,000.

Please note, funding rounds typically open each Spring and are available until funds are exhausted. Updates will be provided on this page.
