IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you receive a call or text from someone claiming to be a PFCU employee and they ask for your account information such as your name, address, social security number and credit card number, etc., do NOT give them the information. The call and text message are not legitimate. The credit union will never call you and ask for this information.

Make changes anytime within Online Banking.

If you've moved, changed your phone number or created a different email address, please let us know. Updated information allows us to contact you with important information, such as when we suspect fraudulent activity on your account.

Just access Online Banking, hover over “I Want To…” in the navigation and then select “Update My Profile” where you can select what information you'd like to update.
