"This + rating is solely attributable to the actions of Manager Jessica S. In September of 2024, my CD funds ($75,000+) were transferred to my savings account, without my permission or knowledge. I visited the Torresdale Branch this September to inquire as to why I never received a CD renewal notice in the mail. I was surprised to learn that I no longer had a CD !! Jessica readily acknowledged PFCU's error and rectified the issue within a very short period of time. In addition, she maintained constant correspondence with me via text messages, phone calls and/or voicemails. Jessica is an excellent example of what every customer service should strive to be. She accepted responsibility for PFCU's mistake and promptly took action to make me, the customer, whole. Jessica is a true credit to PFCU and I remain a member solely because of her actions. Thank you, Jessica !!!"
