Community Roundup: Balancing Dollars and $en$e, Center City Pop-Up Event and Philly Pride Parade and Festival
At Philadelphia Federal Credit Union (PFCU), our neighborhoods are near and dear to our heart. Here’s a roundup of our latest community activities:
PFCU’s Accredited Financial Counselor, Erin Ellis, spoke with individuals 55+ for a financial seminar on scams, fraud and online security at Center in the Park on Friday, June 15. Over 70 seniors participated in the day-long series, Balancing Dollars and $en$e, to learn more about financial preparedness. We’re pleased with the great turnout!

On Friday, June 15, the PFCU team handed out food, prizes and PFCU swag to encourage community members at the 1206 Chestnut Street branch to make financial wishes for a brighter financial future. Nearly 300 people participated in the PFCU Wishing Fountain pop-up event! Stop by our next event at the Northwest Philadelphia branch on 6707 Germantown Avenue on Friday, July 20.

On Sunday, June 10, PFCU branch managers Joseph Coleman (West Philadelphia), Jill Petroski (1206 Chestnut Street) and Jacqueline Covey (1600 Arch Street) participated alongside a group of PFCU employees in the Philly Pride Parade and Festival. PFCU proudly supports members of the LGBTQ community in Philadelphia, and we had so much fun showing our support!
