New Enhanced Account Tools FAQ

The Accounts Summary Tools and Account Preferences features will be refreshed as part of a combination update that affects both Online Banking and our Mobile App.

What are the differences in the New Tools?

We have enhanced the Account Summary tools within Online Banking & mobile banking (Philadelphia FCU Mobile) and Account Preferences to provide an improved and more customizable experience. As part of this enhancement, we have made the following changes:

  • The Account Summary tools for online and mobile banking have been consolidated for an easier user experience among both platforms.
  • Accounts can be sorted visually to a preferred order within the Account Summary.
  • Account Preferences still allows you to set sort order and show/hide preferences for your internal and external accounts, but now features a refreshed design.
  • If you are using Money Management (MX)
we have consolidated internal and external accounts together in the Account Summary within Online Banking and the mobile app.

What are Favorites and how do I mark an account as preferred?

When you favorite an internal account, that account is moved to the top of the sort order in the Account Summary. Accounts that are not preferred are then compiled under the "Other Accounts" section. You can expand this section to view your non-preferred accounts. To mark an account as a favorite, simply click on the star icon to turn it blue. Clicking it again will mark it as non-favorited.

"I am a Philadelphia based blogger and a busy mom. I like to share ways to get the most amount of fun in your day, no matter what things you have going on. Money and debt planning are very important, whether it is so you can travel more, have more adventures with the kids, or just to feel less stressed. Having a PFCU financial expert answering my questions and helping to guide me through these issues was extremely helpful."
