WHAT IS AN EXTERNAL TRANSFER?
External transfer allow you to transfer funds between accounts you own at other financial institutions.
HOW DO I ADD MY EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS?
If you bank with a well-known financial institution, you can set up account transfers instantly by providing your online banking credentials when asked. If you are unable to locate your financial institution, simply add the external account and complete the micro deposit process.
HOW DO I VERIFY MY MICRO DEPOSITS?
After adding an external account, a micro deposit will be made to this account within 1-2 business days. Once you see this appear in your account, obtain the 4-digit reference code listed with the deposit. Next, log into Teller Net, hover over “Move Money” and select “External Transfers” or log in to the mobile app, tap “More” and then select “External Transfers” from the “eServices” menu. There will be a notification instructing you to verify your external account. Then follow the steps provided.
WILL ANY FEES BE CHARGED FOR USING THIS SERVICE?
No, there are no fees.
