How to Set Up Direct Connect for Quicken


Existing Accounts

If you already have a PFCU account set up in Quicken

  1. If you already have accounts set up and you would like to start to use the Direct-Connect Service you must first deactivate your current Online Services.

    To do this, right-click on your existing account and select “Edit” which will cause the Account Details Window to pop-up, click on the “Online Services” tab and then click the “Deactivate” button.


  2. After you Deactivate the Online Services – you can start to set up Direct Connect. Click on the “Set up now…” button.


New Accounts

If you are adding a New PFCU account in Quicken:

  1. Click on the "Get Started" button (or Add a New Account).


  2. Type in the name of the credit union and select "Philadelphia Federal Credit Union." Then click on the “Next” button.

  1. Select the Direct Connect Method and click the “Next” button.


  2. Enter your Teller Net Member ID (not Account Number) and your Teller Net password and click on the “Connect” button.


  3. The “Sign up Form” to register for the Direct-Connect Service will appear. Click on the “Sign Up Now” button.


  4. To start the Direct Connect enrollment process enter your Member Number (Account Number) and your Teller Net password and click on the “Register” button.


  5. Fill out your full name, phone number, current email address, and pick a new password (that you will use to login for Direct Connect). Your password must be between 6 and 8 alpha numeric characters. Write down this password in a safe place. Click on the “Submit Enrollment” button.


  6. Verify that the information is correct and click on the “Confirm” button.


  7. You will see a Success Message. You are now ready to login to Direct Connect.


  8. Close the enrollment website and go back into the Quicken Software and choose the “I have a Direct Connect username and Password. Let me try again” and then click on the “Next” button.


  9. Enter your Teller Net Member ID (Not Account Number) and the password you just created during the Direct Connect enrollment process and click on the “Connect” button.


  10. Quicken will connect to the servers and pull your account information into Quicken.
