Join us on Saturday, May 3 for a Paper Shredding Day at our Bloomsburg branch. From 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., members can shred personal documents such as pre-approved credit card offers, cancelled checks and other confidential documents. All documents are safely shredded on site in a large truck and are then recycled.
Protect yourself from identity theft and do your part to help save the planet at the same time. Plus, you’ll also save yourself time and anxiety by properly disposing personal documents. With PFCU’s Shredding Days, we’ve made it easy for you!
At past Shredding Day events, PFCU members have shredded and recycled thousands of pounds of documents, and we encourage our members to get involved in saving the environment and protecting their identity. To ensure that all of our events run quickly and smoothly, we’ve provided a few quick guidelines so you know what to expect. Please visit here for more details.
On Wednesday, May 21, PFCU will be hosting a free Homebuying Seminar from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Independence Branch Library in Philadelphia. We know that considering buying a home is a big decision, and we want to provide you with as much information as possible to make you feel prepared and confident about your purchase. Hear from PFCU Mortgage Representatives as they teach you all there is to know about shopping for a home, negotiating the price and financing. And just for using PFCU’s CU Realty Home Rebate Program you will receive $100s to $1,000s of dollars off of your closing costs!

We look forward to seeing you at these events!
